- They sell out Quick: book now not later, don’t wait for your friends to book by the time they are in it might be too late

- Hotels charge occupancy fee’s if there are more than 2 people in the room, min $20 extra per person.
- Do your homework: often that $70 a night hotel you found will require a $15 cab ride every time you want to go somewhere or even worse isnt even in downtown Montreal!

- Ask about security guards, some of the big tour operators like breakaway tours have security guards on each of the floors. Talk about a buzz kill…
